近期，学校陆续收到部分同学来信询问返校安排，学校非常理解。但，同学们可能也知道，浙江省内所有高校开学返校均须得到地方政府的同意，目前学校尚未获得许可。

学校各院系部门、校领导和当地政府部门正在紧密合作，为同学们安全返校进行全方位的规划、安排和筹备。如收到地方政府允许学生返校的通知，学校将第一时间告知。在此特殊时期，感谢同学们对学校的理解和支持。

线上教学将按原计划于3月2日开启。同学们应该已经收到各自院系和相关部门发送的教学计划和安排，这些在 Moodle上也可查看。

为了让同学们通过熟悉的技术工具和平台获得高质量的线上教学体验，老师们一直在对课程教学进行积极的规划和调整。如对在线教学有任何疑问或反馈，可通过Moodle或以下邮箱联系：

另外，学校所有行政部门已恢复正常办公，继续为同学们提供各项服务与支持。

愿一切顺利，大家平安归来，特别是现在身处湖北的师生。宁波诺丁汉大学将和全体师生站在一起，支持大家度过这个困难时期。

Dear students,

I hope you are well and in good spirits at this challenging time.

Since our last communication, we have received many emails from students eager to return to campus. This is totally understandable.

However, I am sure you understand that we are required to fully comply with all directives issued by the local government in Ningbo. As it presently stands, we do not yet have permission to reopen the University and allow our students to return. We are working closely with our academic schools and departments, university authorities and local government departments to plan, in advance, all the arrangements necessary for your safe return to campus.

We will, of course, let you all know once we receive the go ahead from the authorities to reopen our campus. In the meantime, we appreciate your support during this extraordinary yet temporary situation.

Our new online teaching courses will start as planned on 2 March. You should already have been contacted by your respective schools and departments about your teaching plans, which can be accessed via Moodle.

To their great credit, your tutors and lecturers have been innovatively planning these modules with the aim of providing high-quality online teaching using technology that is available and familiar to you.

Please note that all administration departments are working normally, so our regular University support will continue to be available.

Finally, I would like to take this opportunity to send best wishes to all our students and staff currently in Hubei Province. I want you to know that your University stands with you and we will support you during this difficult time.
